Sacramento, CA
Sitting on a lot that lies between a dense residential district to the south and an industrial district to the north, this four-unit apartment building takes cues from both to create a unique transitional point between the two distinct styles of building design. The four 2-3 bedroom apartment units share a rooftop terrace on the third floor overlooking the cityscape to the east, as well as a bike/scooter parking area on the first level of the building facing the street.
